Katy Perry & Russell Brand to sell luxury overseas property

One of Hollywood’s leading A-list couples, Russell Brand and Katy Perry, have decided to sell their luxury home in Los Angeles. The couple are rumoured to be moving to their New York apartment in order to spend more time together.

The stunning American Property is on the market for just over $3 million.

Brand’s luxury property for sale

Having lived in the luxury property for just two years, the 1922 Mediterranean style property is on the market for US$3.395 million (£2.1 million). The four bedroom property has views over Los Angeles, a swimming pool and a garage for three cars.

It is believed that the couple will move to their $2.7 million New York apartment.

Ms Perry said: “My husband is my number one priority. We have an amazing relationship. It's important that I'm not always rushing around everywhere too much. I have to take the time to live life and have experiences.”

Katy Perry 'ET' Music Video Leaked on YouTube

Fans of Katy Perry can hardly wait for her ET music video, and a clip has leaked on YouTube. The song is a duet with Kanye West, and after it sat on the top of the iTunes chart, people became more and more excited for the music video.
Katy Perry has been tweeting about the song and the video, and she has announced that it will be released on the 31st. It will be her first music video since Firework, which came out last Fall.
The 45 second leaked clip shows some pretty nifty makeup and a couple of other small aspects, but it's enough to hold people off until Thursday. While the anticipation for the video is killing some fans, the release is only four days away. Katy Perry is very excited for this video, and it's going to be epic. Katy Perry Covers Lady Gaga's 'Born This Way'

It says something about the mettle of a song when, just a few weeks out of release, it is covered by one of the biggest names in the pop industry.

Over the weekend, cartoonish crooner Katy Perry treated fans in Paris, France, to her acoustic cover of Lady Gaga's new anthem "Born This Way." Perry, who once publicly criticized Gaga's heavy use of religious imagery in the music video for "Alejandro," belted out the first verse and a chorus to delighted fans, who can be heard singing along in the video below.

Katy did a pretty solid job with her take—but it would have been even cooler had she figured out some way to throw props to Madonna, too.
