Zac Efron Reportedly Dating Vanessa Hudgens' Friend

Following the report saying that Vanessa Hudgens' ex-boyfriend, Zac Efron, was dating a Victoria's Secret model, another rumor has been emerged, insisting that Zac was not dating the model. Previously, the "High School Musical" star was spotted booking a VIP section of Roxbury club in Hollywood to date a mystery lady last March. The particular lady was later reported to be an underwear model named Candice Swanepoel.

The spinning rumor said that Zac was getting really close to the underwear model during a date night at the luxurious club. A witness said that Zac and Candice shared a romantic dance in a VIP room and the actor asked the light to be deemed. Not only that, the "Hairspray" actor was reportedly going home together with his mystery date.

In contrary to the swirling gossip, a source has leaked information about Zac's rumored new girlfriend, insisted that the mystery blond Zac has dated with was not Candice. The source said, "He wasn't at the club with her. He was with Laura New. She's a friend of Zac's and Vanessa [Hudgens]'s." In addition, Laura is a lead singer of a pop band, The Beach Girl5.

That was the first time Zac was reportedly dating a girl after breaking up with Vanessa. In the other hand, Vanessa has already introduced a new boyfriend. She was snapped spending time with Josh Hutcherson at Coachella Music and Art festival last weekend. Interestingly, the couple was hanging out at the gig together with Laura New.

While his ex-girlfriend had fun with her new lover at the annual festival, Zac chose not to attend the same event. He decided to have fun at another occasion as he was spotted hanging out with some unknown ladies at the Plan B concert at El Rey theater in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 19.

Zac Efron set to take a European Road Trip in “Countryman”

Zac Efron has signed on to replace Shia LaBeouf in a romantic action written by Matt Drake, entitled The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman, which was included on the 2007 Black List.
Efron will play the main character who, while traveling through Eastern Europe, meets a beautiful girl that just happens to have an insanely violent boyfriend. Charlie endures “one bruising beat down after another” in an attempt to win her over and keep her safe.
Though there has been no formal announcement about where the film will be shot, we’re assuming it be filmed on location in Europe.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Reunite for Ashley Tisdale‎

The High School Musical franchise has come to an end, and Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens recently called it quits. But Ashley Tisdale says she and the former couple will always be the three musketeers.

"We're always there for each other," Tisdale, 25, told PEOPLE of her former castmates Wednesday at the DVD release of her HSM spin-off Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure. "I love being with them. They're so supportive. It's just like a bond. I can't explain it, but they're like a family I've grown up with."

Tisdale says the trio always pick up right where they left off. "We're growing up and we're working on different projects, but we're all super supportive of each other," she says. "They're like my brothers and sisters."

The bond between the three stars, forged beginning with the first HSM in 2006, was evident at Tisdale's Soho House launch party in West Hollywood, where both Efron and Hudgens were all smiles as they came out to support their pal.

Hudgens, 22, rocking a shorter, pinned-up 'do, told PEOPLE she was "feeling great" fresh off a trip to France, where she and her mom "enjoyed eating crepes."

She and Efron, 23, took their turns posing with Tisdale on the carpet, before the three were led to a private area in the back of the venue, where they celebrated with Tisdale's family and other former HSM stars.

Taylor Swift to star with Zac Efron in The Lorax

I don’t know how many times I have to say this, but Taylor Swift couldn’t act her way out of a wet paper bag. It’s a pity, really, but maybe girlfriend should stick to whatever it is that she does best. Yes, we know that she’s a country singer…but when she finds whatever she’s suited BEST for, we’ll be sure to let you know.
In the meantime, we’ve heard that she’s caught the acting bug since filming her craptastic role in Valentine’s Day.
We’re now hearing reports that Taylor has been chosen to play Zac Efron’s love interest in the new movie, The Lorax.
Thankfully, it’s an animated movie, so we won’t have to see this awkwardness play out on the big screen!

Zac Efron: `I can get to Vanessa`s in 7 and a half minutes`

Zac Efron has revealed that he lives so near to girlfriend and fellow High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens that he can get to her Los Angeles house in just seven and a half minutes.
He told Wonderland, 'We're not far from each other. We've timed it now. If there's no stop lights and if you take the back streets, you can get there in seven and a half minutes. So we're not living together but we spend a lot of time together.'
Despite living nearby, the 23-year-old said it's actually time apart that keeps their relationship strong.
'When we're filming we spend a lot of time apart, but that's what keeps it fresh you know,' he added. 'Also, when you're working you need to be really focused.'

Zac Efron not ready for marriage with Vanessa Hudgens

Zac Efron isn’t ready to run down the aisle with Vanessa Hudgens, his girlfriend of five years.
Talking to The Sun, the “Charlie St. Cloud” star exclaimed, “We definitely won’t be getting married anytime soon. I definitely feel much too young. When I get married it will happen at the age of 40 at the earliest.”
Hmmm, sounds like Efron, 22, might want to do some more dating before deciding if Hudgens is the one.
Nonetheless, the actor remains gaga for his “High School Musical” co-star.
“Dating Vanessa makes many things much easier, because you understand each other without having to explain a lot,” Efron tells a German magazine.
“In terms of planning, I am very picky – worse than any woman,” adds the actor, “I drive everyone mad, except for Vanessa – she is always very understanding.
“The only disadvantage is that she is always dressed so stunningly that I look awkward and stand out.”
